The Partnership Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with Tourism Boards and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) in the UK and internationally to drive revenue growth for our SaaS company. This role will report to the Head of Sales.

 

We already have partnerships in place with over a dozen of the 200 UK DMOs so there is a lot of ground to cover but this isn't a standing start. 

 

You will be a vital member of the team, developing and implementing strategies which will strengthen the business's position in the marketplace, building sustainable growth.


 

You will have responsibility for:

 

  • Identifying and targeting new partnership opportunities with Tourism Boards and DMOs in the UK and internationally as well as building on existing relationships
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at targeted Tourism Boards and DMOs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to develop and execute partnership sales strategies
  • Negotiating and closing partnerships with Tourism Boards and DMOs, including drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Collaborating with Marketing to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with Tourism Boards and DMOs
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of partnerships, including tracking and analyzing key metrics such as revenue and customer acquisition
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for partnership sales and DMO marketing
  • Represent Beyonk at trade events, awards and expos and presenting at workshops, AGMs and webinars 

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership sales or account management
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with Tourism Boards and DMOs
  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus
