About the Role
The Head of Performance Marketing will be a key part of the marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing.
We anticipate the candidate will have multiple years of hands-on experience with the full end-to-end process of planning, preparing, executing and measuring campaigns to drive new leads and business to Beyonk.
The candidate will be data-driven in all decision-making and will be creative and consider ways to stand out across key advertising channels: Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. You will be in charge of acquiring customers, optimising the funnel and converting prospects into customers.
- You’ll be responsible to plan, prepare, deliver and optimise paid media campaigns including social media and paid search (adwords; dynamic remarketing and Google shop)
- Perform daily assessments of campaigns to optimise results
- Watch users engaging with our website, measure the funnel and recommend improvements to the design and development team
- Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing of product tours, email and other content
- You’ll report on CPL, CAC, ROAS and outline optimisations and other campaigns to run
Knowledge required
- Direct hands-on experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across key aspects of digital marketing including paid media
- Strong understanding of campaign best-practice and funnel optimisation
- Must have analytical skills: Google Analytics, Amplitude
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and general understanding CMS in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
