Global Head of Marketing

About us

The Beyonk Group is on a mission to make it easier to sell tickets online with our industry-leading booking solutions and distribution through our partner network. We make it simple to operate and grow your business for tours, activities, attractions, festivals and events.

We have a great team with leadership from Accenture, Sky, Braze, Booksy, Groupon and Lightspeed. We're growing fast and welcoming thousands of customers daily to do great activities and we're now looking for a Global Head of Marketing.

We work both remotely and in our London office, and we love being part of a fast-paced and collaborative working environment. With an ever-expanding product and market reach, it’s a great time to join our business, grow with it, and be part of our success story.

Our client base is broad and exciting, from Alpaca Farms, Zoos and Wildlife Parks, Historic Houses and Attractions, to Festivals and Rally Driving experiences. Our product is industry-leading and feature-rich meaning we're able to solve more problems and help more businesses optimise what they're doing online. This makes our roles challenging, very fun and rewarding. We're making real change, and helping businesses thrive.

Reporting to our Head of Growth, our Global Head of Marketing will have prime responsibility for all company marketing and our lead generation strategy. As a growing business, you will need to take a hands-on approach and will be directly responsible for the efficiency of the team. This is a diverse role and given the nature of a hyper-growth scaling business, there is a lot of ground to cover.

You will be a vital member of the management team, developing and implementing marketing strategies which will strengthen the business's position in the marketplace, building sustainable growth.

You will have responsibility for:

  • The development of the long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition and retention
  • The development and implementation of a winning Lead Generation strategy for both the UK and additional markets
  • Hiring, managing and developing a team of Growth and Product Marketing Managers
  • Taking ownership of the business's reputation and recognition; including brand, PR, communications and events
  • Presenting meaningful insights on ROI and outcomes
  • Working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams; enabling them to meet their objectives
  • Working closely with the Product Team; to define marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors

Profile

  • A track record of successfully scaling Marketing teams demonstrating progressive responsibility for marketing
  • Experience working with a high-growth or scaling business having implemented a successful lead-generation marketing plan
  • Strong executive presence and a natural propensity to build relationships
  • Ability to attract, retain and grow exceptional talent
  • You will have worked within SaaS and ideally a Marketplace
  • Experience using automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Social, Analytics
  • You will be looking for a fresh challenge, prepared to roll your sleeves up and deliver a winning lead-generation strategy

Package & Benefits

  • Salary. Competitive compensation.
  • Flexible working schedule. We're outcome-oriented.
  • Remote Friendly. Work in the office or remotely. Whatever works for you.
  • Time off. 25 days of paid time off per year plus public holidays.
